Day 2:  We値l be up early for either a game walk to take in the sounds, sights and smells of the bush or we値l do an early morning game drive and see if we can get sightings of some animal and bird life.

We値l get back for a hearty breakfast and then we値l head out of the Park again doing some game and bird watching on the way. Today we池e going to the Greater St Lucia Wetland Park and some different bird and animal habitat. Our drive to the village of St Lucia takes  about 2 hours and we book into our overnight accommodation, a very comfortable, semi-luxury, guest house.

After a light lunch in the village, we値l take a boat cruise on the St Lucia estuary, part of  the largest estuarine system in Africa. Here we値l get good views of Hippo and Crocodile and a number of interesting water birds and waders. We may even be lucky enough to see the rare Mangrove Kingfisher .
